Groves Clean and Tidy Ltd was founded by Kim Groves, a dedicated mum of two, including a child with complex neurodiverse needs. With a household full of love—including two dogs and six cats—and years of experience managing multiple house moves, Kim has developed a passion for organisation, decluttering, and structured cleaning schedules.

After spending 20 years in HR, specialising in talent acquisition, she decided to follow her true passion—helping others create clean, organised, and stress-free homes. At Groves Clean and Tidy, Kim brings her expertise and personal experience to provide tailored cleaning solutions that make life easier for busy families, businesses and landlords.
