Terms & Conditions – Groves Clean and Tidy
By booking a service with Groves Clean and Tidy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payments
For Domestic Cleans - payment is due on the same day as the service being carried out.
For Commercial Cleans - 7 day payment terms
We accept (online payments or bank transfer)
Late payments may result in a late fee or refusal of future bookings.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you can provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling a clean.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible.
3. Service Standards
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning and organising services tailored to your needs.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.
4. Access to Property
You must ensure we have access to the property at the agreed time.
If we cannot access the property, the full service fee may still be charged.
For Deep Cleans we ask for the property to be free from people but pets are welcome to stay
5. Liability & Insurance
We take care when providing our services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Please notify us in advance of any fragile or valuable items.
We are insured for public liability.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your privacy and will keep any personal or household information confidential.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available upon request.
