Terms & Conditions – Groves Clean and Tidy
By booking a service with Groves Clean and Tidy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Deposit
A £10 deposit is required when booking any service.
This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
2. Payments
Payment is due within 5 working days of the service being carried out.
We accept (online payments, bank transfer or cash)
Late payments may result in a late fee or refusal of future bookings.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking.
If you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit will not be refunded.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible.
4. Service Standards
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning and organising services tailored to your needs.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Access to Property
You must ensure we have access to the property at the agreed time.
If we cannot access the property, the full service fee may still be charged.
6. Liability & Insurance
We take care when providing our services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Please notify us in advance of any fragile or valuable items.
We are insured for public liability.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your privacy and will keep any personal or household information confidential.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available upon request.
